Group Coaching for Teens 

Is your teen struggling with stress management, anxiety, social media, or overall mental and emotional resilience? It's hard being a teen these days. There are so many more things thrown at them than what we had to deal with. They may know what will help them, but don't want to be left out. That's where group coaching can help! 

Group coaching is different than therapy. Kids would rather work with a coach than "see a therapist."

  • Coaching helps them move forward rather than dwell on the past.
  • Coaching empowers them to work on their own lives and make choices that are good for them.
  • Group coaching offers a safe peer-to-peer environment so they don't feel alone.

Get on the list to find out when the next group starts! Sessions are generally one hour long and meet weekly for six to eight weeks.
